Call Controls
If you've ever been working on a last-minute deadline you know that getting a few calls can quickly throw you off your rhythm. Standard seats allow you to quickly set the features to block calls or forward them to others in your office. Do Not Disturb simply blocks all incoming calls and routes them to voicemail. Call Forwarding No Answer and Always enable you to route your incoming calls to a predefined alternate number so your call is answered, but you are not disturbed.
Faster Dialing Options
Quickly access the person you need with easy dialing options through the Hosted PBX platform. Store up to 100 personal speed-dial numbers for commonly called vendors and suppliers, use the click to dial through the group contact list on your online user portal or simply dial the 4-digit extension for members of your office even if they are located at another site.
3-way Calling
It always good to get another opinion. If you're on a call with someone, you can quickly bridge on a third party to make sure that you have the right people together to make the right decision.

Unlike a traditional voice system, the Premium Hosted PBX seat makes it easy to integrate alternate numbers and ensure that important calls are received regardless of whether you are in the office, home or on the road. Voice-mail is kept on one system and can quickly be retrieved by dialing in or through voice-mail messages sent into your e-mail system as audio files.
Never Miss a Call
Utilize features like Call Forwarding, Sequential Ring and Simultaneous Ring to route calls to the numbers that are convenient for you so you can focus on the job at hand, but remain connected to the office.
Single Number for all phones
Give all of your contacts a single number to contact and then route that number to the alternate phones based on time of day, the calling party or where you are on a particular day. The feature settings are easy to change from your integrated Outlook Toolbar or from the online user portal.
Office Away from the Office
With Remote Office functionality you can make calls from your cell phone through the your office voice network so that all calls appear with your office phone caller ID. If you are working from a hotel you can use Remote Office to call have the platform initiate the call so all long distance charges appear on you corporate account and not the more expensive "per minute" charges at the hotel.
