Imagine the cloud without a network. Not really possible, right? Interestingly, success in
networking is typically measured by how little people actually talk about it. If things are
up and running fast for users, the conversation is focused on data, UI, and processes.The
network simply fades into an afterthought when it’s operating as it should.

Despite being easily overlooked, IT, the cloud, and really any other digital system,
are not a possibility without a functional network. Whether it is within the internal
subsystems of servers or virtual networking within or between cloud environments, IT
availability and speed are entirely dependent on a robust network.
