McLin brings over 23 years of experience in the technology industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing sales teams, and fostering strong partner relationships.

McLin’s extensive background spans various business functions, including accounting, client delivery, direct sales, sales transformation, go-to-market strategy, and channel and alliance management. She is skilled in developing and executing successful sales strategies, implementing repeatable sales processes and methodologies, and building profit-generating programs across global market segments. Her experience has consistently resulted in double-digit revenue growth and global expansion for previous organizations.

McLin holds a BBA in Accounting & Business Management from the University of Texas at San Antonio and an Executive Business Administration and Management degree from the University of Texas at Austin. She resides in Texas with her husband and two sons. In her free time, she enjoys golf, fitness, and spending time with her family.
